A retailer of underwear and intimate apparel, Cotton On Body recently announced the addition of a line of sex toys and sexual wellness accessories to its products. Judge The Amour de soi range, it includes vibrators, sex lubricants, and massage oils that will be available to customers for purchase. But the range is only available in Australia at the moment as part of a “limited edition trial” and it is not yet known whether it will ever be available in South Africa.
When the clothing retailer made the announcement on Monday, February 8, South Africans were immediately intrigued by the somewhat controversial revelation.
âAt this point, Cotton On Body’s Self Love line is a limited edition trial and is exclusively available online in Australia only,â the fashion retailer said in a statement.
Seeing that the products in the range are displayed on the main Australian website, the company took the liberty of creating a precautionary content disclaimer before allowing people to click on the range page.
